WORK IT OUT

I have a confession to make: while I love my Miu Miu pumps and Oscar de la Renta circle skirts just as much as the next girl, sometimes I like getting dirty. And not in THAT way! I mean in the sneakers pounding the pavement way. There's something about taking a break from the whirlwind of socializing and lacing up sneakers that just feels good. Besides, a guilt-free post-workout Jamba Juice run always makes the workout more than worth it. What about you? Are you a yoga girl or a soccer star? Tell me what your favorite workout is!

I am totally a soccer girl. It is a good workout, you get a tan when you play outside, and it is very relaxing when you can get everything else off your mind

I do tons of running in the year. It ranges from a few quarter mile sprints to a 6 mile run, no matter what the weather is. Totally enjoy it. And plus, you never know who you'll meet out on your run.

dance, dance, dance. it's the best way to build up your endurance, plus, your flexibility. You can express your feelings through dance. When you're frustrated it's the best stress reliever.

Boxing!! most girls at my school love bb, but with boxing you get to show that if somebody meses with you, they'l live to regret it. Plus it's gr8 selfdefence and lets you let of steam.

I'm totally a soccer girl....i don't play soccer on a team but i love playing it for fun....especially with my cute neighbors ;D. it's great 'cause you get a good workout, tan, and a great excuse to be one of the guys for a second :)

Definatly soccer!! best sport ever, i just love it so much cause you run but not like the whole time and you skillz and plus i love allways being the capitan.:] i allso do taekwon-do with is fun, and i totally love yoga to help me relax and unwind when i'm uber stressed.:p

definetly belly dancing and cardio. my girls and i have so much fun while we talk & get fit. its a plus when of the football players happen to walk by when us cheerleaders are stretching ;)

To workout I love playing sports. I love to run,play volleyball,tennis,and soccer. Yoga is also pretty cool.

hey gossip girl well im a soccer girl type but also into designing. soccer is really helpful wen ur mad and you get all your anger out . joga is just for relaxing and mainly i still keeps all the madness in wen ur aon the field you can pretend the person is the ball and kick it really hard . also u let it out that way ..... luv ur show so awsome.................

Personally, I suck at both. Like its not even funny how much I suck at soccer. and yoga is too...QUIET! i liked to be loud and active. but if i had to choose. probably soccer.

I like yoga but my fav workout has to be tennis. Yoga is a little to calming for me, and WAY too quiet. Tennis makes you feel alive, and gives you a better workout. And when you're mad at someone, just pretend there face is the ball. simple as that! LOL!

I have never done yoga cuz im not a very flexible person. I havent played soccer either because im the girl who always ends up getting kicked in the shins. So i stick to going to the gym and exercising there. Or i play tennis.

I've played soccer for 13 years and I'm also on my schools cross country team. I can't concentrate if I don't work out daily, I just get hyper! I love being outside...

I'm definitely a soccer girl. Yoga's great, but there's something about soccer where you can just go out of yourself. It's great for when you want to get away. Social alliances and rumors aren't important on the soccer field. All that matters is where the ball is going, and whether it was you that kicked it.

I'm an athlete I do alot of workout playing soccer, basket ball, foot long, running and other sports. It helps take my mind of alot of things in my life.

Definitely Equestrian sports. Dressage Oswell as Eventing.Anyone can run around a terrain de football, and manage to look like complete crétin and score goals. 8 mile runs are great. but the real challenge is running while all those private school boys jog up and down boat house row. and to get their attention man talk about work-out! but no worries. sweat and short shorts during this cold weather can turn chilly into irresistably hot. trust your senses and don't cave in. cold weather is all in your head. the only reason to wear pants is to show off those new denim jeans you've been picking out lately. its not time to stop shaving every-other day quite yet ladies. button up those knit cardigans and lets get down to business. <3 M

i'm deff a yoga girl! my mom bought me a lulu lemon yoga ball last year and i use it all the time! i got such a toned body! and people are saying that soccer is the best? and you get tanned from it.. than why not just go to the beach and get a nice tan while gossiping.. instead of running around in the hot sun, getting all sweaty. we'll that's just my opion. yoga helps alot! espicially when you're a teenager and alot of gossip is going around, it's a good chance to relax, and work out by doing it. even though it's hard when you're sometimes doing situps on you're yoga ball and you count or just feel until it burns completey on you're abbs. xo

I love sport! Especially football.. it's awesome. I like playing football but more often I watch it because my friends don't like it. I also love going rollerbalding and playing basketball ! I'm very energetic person and I have to do something all the time because I can't sit for few minutes. I don't like playing or watching hockey - it's soo boring.

I totally pick yoga. Just relaxing in my Juicy sweats with scented candles all around on my sheepskin rug, with perfect yoga poses makes me feel just perfect. I stay totally fit that way.

i'm totally into running,but it makes ur boobs small, so i stick to playing football in the yard, or park. also i luv going to the weight room and workn' out!the perfect way to get abs is rock out to ur fav song and do crunches till the pains unbearable! i've already got a 6 pac!!!

i am both. i do yoga because it makes me feel that i can renew myself and it feels really good. lpus it takes a lot of muscle and keeps you bikini ready. and i am a soccer star i have been playing on a soccer team for 8 years and it is so much fun to get down and dirty in the mud. it's the funnest to play soccer in the rain when its all slippery and muddy out.

I think that if someone want to get a good work out they should do something they like, even if ur not an athlete, like, I love to play volleyball, b/c when I'm in the game I'm so concentrated on winning the game that I don think its a workout, and ur losing weight at the same time!

Volleyball. An excuse to wear a bikini without looking slutty, and of course a great arm and leg work out. Horseback riding. Posh, and harder then it looks.

A good way to get back into shape is to join a sports team or a dance club. I play volleyball and i do ukrainian dancing and i was part of the cross country team this year and i gained a bit of weight when i broke my arm and i was like ten pounds over weight and now its all muscle. Its really goood for you.

I started to like football after my first year in 7th grade(My first 7th grade gym class) because we were learning about it soooo....when i found out that the dude I LIKED likes football I really got into it! I just don't really like sports very much and I only do swimming and maybe volleyball. I'm basically the kind of girl who doesn't really work out or play sports alot, but for some reason, I'm still like skinny. I'm more of a trendy/ fashionista girl.

Well... it all depends. I'm a cheerleader, that's for sure. I also do gymnastics and soccer.
But I loooove the gym. It's so fun. I have my own treadmil at home (painted pink!) and I do some other stuff at the gym. Yoga is totally fun. Its so relaxing sometimes. And i do weights. I think the exercize thats most efficiant is the Seventeen Magazine pull-out workout and diet. It works!

I do ballet, since its important to stay as thin as i can healthily be i also run, do crunches on top of my 4 hr ballet lessons. every week i workout for about 25 hrs.

my life is about ballet. and then i run track december through may, but it's more about the jumping. i also do pilates and an occasional hip hop class to get rid of some tension.

My fav thing 2 do iz 2 play volleyball. I played a lot lazt yr nd I made it on tha team. @ my skool (Which is a public skool 4 gurls/boyz), haz a lot of student athleathz. I really hat my team! dancing in clubs, that burns alottt of calories thats forsure, belly dancing, and working out at the gym. and sometimes, exercising with gossip worthy people doing gossip worthy things.

That is so right because I like getting boys to notice me by how cute I look but I like taking a break and lacing up my old sneakers and going to the court and beat the boys in a little old school basket ball!!!!!!!!!

I love running. You can run outside, and get a tan, or run inside. And of course, make the guys look when you run in your sports bra! Even if you have a boyfriend, it never hurts to be wanted. (;

Dancing is great too, especially hip hop, which usually involves suggestive moves. My work out style, no matter what I'm doing, turns heads. (;
